The Homestead WEDDING PackageS

We have a few offerings for couples looking to host a magical wedding here on this historic property at various price points. You can book a full weekend - which is ideal for those who wish to fully immerse with on-site accommodations for bridal party or family with an opportunity to really soak in with a rehearsal or welcome gathering on-site, which is our most inclusive offering. You can also opt for a Day Gathering or Elopement/Small Wedding!

We have caterer/bartender partners for all events. Please contact Root Catering, Scratch Farmhouse Catering, The Sherwood Inn or FLX Feast & Co to cater/bartend your gathering. Additionally, we do require you book our team for Right Hand Package Event Coordination to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Full Weekend Getaway - $22,500

    This is our most all inclusive offering, with on-site overnight accommodations, ceremony, reception and more. You will have full access to the property for the weekend with all of our many amenities, allowing you to truly soak into the magic of your wedding weekend.

    Included for your event:

    • The 1854 House - (2) overnight stays inside historic Victorian home with accommodations for 10-14 guests within 7 bedrooms. There is an outdoor pool, pergola with long dining tables, bonfire pit, garden and chickens. You and your closest guests can truly sink into your wedding experience on the property, just steps to the venue. Many guests opt to add on Thursday or Monday to really soak in the magic!

    • Gambrel Barn - dinner and dancing, with 17 farm tables, up to 170 chairs and place settings, 2 lounges, a bar, high tops and bonfire pit

    • Woodlands Cathedral- ceremony location in the forest with church pews and arbor. Rug runners, a podium and many other decor options included

    • Fieldstone Barn - welcome area with a bar, table for gifts/cards and seating with bistro tables

    • Wild Garden- cocktail hour location with high tops, outside bar, bonfire pit and charcuterie table

    • Bridal Suite (inside barn), Caterer’s Prep Quarters, as well as 5 restrooms (ADA accessible), field parking for 75 cars, and lush forest with rambling trails for your gathering

    • Prop Closet — (17) farm tables, up to (150) tolix bistro chairs, mis-matched white plates, sterling flatware, brass candlesticks, (2) fixed lounge sets, antique dance floor rugs, (6) outdoor high tops, (3) fixed bars, outdoor yard games and many other vintage offerings allowing you to skip other costly rentals and set-up fees

    • Assistance from our Styling Team the day before and day of your event. The team will provide a clean, stocked space and will set tables/chairs/place settings as well as (1-2) bins of your personal decor (ie. menus, seating chart, programs and family photos). If you are bringing more and require additional set up, simply book us for additional service with an additional fee.

    • DIY Rehearsal Dinner on site at The 1854 House. This is a DIY offering for you to host your guests inside the house or within the ~30ft pool pergola in the event of rain. Additional booking of The Fieldstone Barn is optional for seated offering

    • Treehouse- is available for overnight stays at no additional fee - featuring electricity, overhead lights/fan and a full size mattress with bedding for an amazing glamping experience

    • Access to our Couples Portal to help you plan your timeline, vendors, layout and more

    • Complimentary 1 hour “Engagement Shoot” outside on the grounds on an available weekday leading up to your event (access to The 1854 House is available for a fee)

    * We do require you book from our vendor list for all catering/bar needs.

    ** Our venue is most comfortable hosting ~150 guests or under (especially for rain plan). We can host a max of 170.

    • The “Right Hand” Package which is our in house Event Coordination so that you are supported throughout the day of wedding experience. We price this well below other comparable businesses and this helps ensure a smooth event for all!

    • We love pets - there is a $250 pet fee

  • A La Carte Day Use Wedding Experience

    Friday/Saturday $15,500

    Sunday $12,500

    This is a lovely day rental experience with access into the magic of this historic farm venue. Below you can find inclusions and A La Carte to suite your needs. Available May-October.

    Included for your event:

    • Day Use of the Gambrel Barn Venue (access available 8am-11pm).

      • Electricity

      • 5 Restrooms

      • Caterer’s Prep Kitchen

      • Bridal Suite

      • Whimsical string lights in cocktail hour

      • Bonfire Pit

    • Woodlands Cathedral for a forest ceremony

      • Church pews that seat ~150 guests

    • Rehearsal on-site the morning of your event at 9am or 10am

    • Access to our Couples Portal to help you plan your timeline, vendors, layout and more

    Additional Add-On A LA CARTE offerings:

    • Prop Closet - $2000 (includes our farm tables, tolix chairs, leather lounges, high tops, place settings, brass candlesticks and more!)

    • Styling Team Decor Set-up (1-2 bins) - $1,000

    • Additional Set-up help - quoted based on need

    • Day Use of The 1854 House - $2,500 (not overnight stay)

    • Overnight Stay at The 1854 House - $2,500 per night with a 2 night minimum stay

    • Early drop off/late pick-up of personal decor to ensure a stress-free day. Typically we can accommodate a 1 hour drop off window before your event and a pick-up of personal items by 9am after the event.

    • 1 hour “Engagement Shoot” outside on the grounds on an available weekday leading up to your event - $150

    • 1 hour “Engagement Shoot” inside The 1854 House - $250

    • Additional Night Stays $2,500 per night (2 night minimum) + $850 per additional night(s)

    Mandatory Add-Ons:

    • The “Right Hand” Package which is our in house Event Coordination so that you, your vendors, and your guests are guided and supported throughout the day of wedding experience. This will be an additional required fee for all 2025 bookings and beyond.

    • We love pets and have a $250 pet fee

  • Nov - April Elopements - $2,850

    We would love to welcome you and up to 20 guests (max.) within The 1854 House for a charming elopement dinner!

    After your ceremony here at our Woodlands Cathedral or off-site come celebrate within our historic home with a meal. We will curate two farm tables, 20 metal chairs, place settings, napkins, copper cups and brass candlesticks.

    For an additional fee we can create a micro flower package for bouquets and centerpieces.

    You can add-on overnight stay to your package at $850/night with a two night minimum (prices from Nov-April only, then seasonal prices apply)

    You are welcome to invite one of our preferred caterers or ask us about booking someone else that suits your needs.

  • May - Oct Elopements/Small Weddings - $4,850

    We would love to welcome you and up to 20 guests (max.) within The 1854 House for a charming elopement dinner or within our Fieldstone Barn.

    After your ceremony here at our Woodlands Cathedral or off-site come celebrate within our historic home or fieldstone barn with a meal. We will curate two farm tables, 20 metal chairs, place settings, napkins, copper cups and brass candlesticks.

    • For an additional fee we can create a micro flower package for bouquets and centerpieces.

    You can add-on overnight stay to your package at $2,500/night with a two night minimum
