HOmestead flower packages

We are passionate about flowers and invite you to get lost in the magic with us! Our Homestead Floral Team knows our space well, the areas that shine with an extra bouquet or centerpiece — and we are here to collaborate and guide you on your flower vision.

We focus on locally grown blooms - and we grow many of our own flowers and partner with many local small farms. We love to work seasonally with nature, but can curate anything to help make your vision come to life, including purchasing from wholesalers to get specific blooms if necessary.

We offer floral services for our couples on-site (May-Oct) or off-site for guests not booking The Kester Homestead (Oct-April).

  • We have an opening minimum of $3,650 for all floral design.

    Bridal Bouquet: ~ $275 ea

    Bridal Party Bouquet: ~ $120 ea

    Mother Bouquets: ~$50-75

    Flower Girl Petals: $40

    Bout: $35 ea

    Corner Arbor: ~ $850-1,000 single corner/side

    Full Arbor: ~ $2,800-4,200 for full arbor

    Large Silver Compote (used for ceremony, special table, ceremony aisles or bar): $350 ea

    Table Meadows: $250 ea

    Medium Gold/Silver Compote for Table Centerpiece, Welcome Table, Dessert Table: $150 ea

    Bud Vases: 2 size options available in amber or clear for $20 ea. (We generally use ~50-60 at a minimum to get 2-4 per table, but more is always more full!)

    * When you book with us, we like to recommend our team adorns the cocktail hour high tops, bistro tables, and restrooms with bud vases. We create compotes for the Welcome gift table, Desert table, Fieldstone bar and Wild Garden Bar with florals for so the space feels abundant and full.

  • We know you have a lot going on organizing for your wedding, so in an effort to be as easeful as possible - we try to keep it simple.

    Let our Event Coordinator know when you decide to book us for florals and they will prompt you to fill our our Floral Form (linked below). From there, we will review your Pinterest or Vision Board that you share, it's that painless.

    We require Floral payment at your final venue fee payment in order to plan our staffing and ordering properly. We can make additions to your order but can't accommodate many changes (with the exception of color palette or small visual updates).

    We will review final floral notes with the Event Coordinator during your Planning Meeting which is typically scheduled 4-6 weeks before your event, and will check-in if there are questions. Typically at this planning meeting we review final quantities and ask that you share you top 3 floral images for reference.

    For your wedding, we stage all flowers at tables and designated areas, we deliver bouquets and bouts to the house around noon (so they stay cool!) and we begin to install your arbor 2-3 hours before ceremony start time (or longer if its a full arbor).

    We handle all clean-up of flowers and we can curate a Flower Bar for guests to take home some flowers at the end of the evening. We save any flowers you wish to take home and we either donate or compost the rest.

    All vessels and supplies are included in this fee. Vessels are not allowed to be removed from the area and are only meant for use by our in-house floral team.
