TABLE LAYOUT OPTIONS

Our space looks beautiful and easeful for walking flow when arranged in 4 rows (which also allows for an easy rain plan if needed with limited interruption to guest experience). We have tables numbered and we simply ask you share how many seats go at each table at least 1 week in advance so our team can work efficiently and we can be as far along as possible before your arrival.

For a rain plan with ~ 50-75 guests, you can choose having chairs staged on the dance floor OR have guests sit at their dinner seats as a rain plan ceremony. For any events over 75 guests, we recommend having your guests sit at the dinner tables with a two rows of seating on the south end of the barn (closest to the door for upper restrooms on the map). This is the most seamless option for heavy rain and ensures an easeful solution with minimal stress.

Closest to the dance floor is a wonderful option for a Sweetheart Table (we like to use the Iron Leg Table from our Prop Closet) or a longer guest table with family or bridal party. Opposite (south end, closer to restrooms) is a great spot for buffet as it is near the bank of outlets.

Table details:

  • Our wooden tables are approx. 8’ long x 3’ wide and can accommodate 8-10 guests (but no more than 10).

  • We have ~170 metal tolix bistro chairs for your use for your event.

  • 4 chairs fit perfectly on each side of the table with 1 on each end (10 people) — 3 chairs on either side gives guests more elbow room for your guests.

  • We like to mention, your tables do not have to have the same amount of guests per table - and as a reminder, no table can fit more than 10 people (unless we put two tables together, in which case, we can fit 20).

  • We do have high chairs if needed, but they take up the same amount of space as a chair does.

OTHER TABLES:

  • We have 1 sweetheart table (Iron Leg Table) for you to use if needed - otherwise, we can set-up a long guest head table

  • We have 1 rolling taller table (ideal for a DJ)

  • We have 1 oval “Welcome” table that does not move from our Fieldstone Barn. It is ideal for your gifts and cards.

  • We have 1 dessert table (typically staged to the left of the sliding barn door entrance)

  • We have 3 folding wood tables - typically 2 are used for buffets and 1 is used for cocktail hour charcuterie

  • We have two lounges that do not move from our Upper Gambrel Barn Reception Area

  • We have 6 high top bistro tables that do not move from our Wild Garden Cocktail Area

  • If you require extra tables, please let your coordinator know so we can see if you need to secure extra rentals

Buffet:

  • The placement of a buffet table will always be at the south end of the barn, close to electrical (near the upper barn restroom door) or as a second option, it can be to the left of the sliding barn door right off the dance floor.
