Interested in renting out the property for a small photoshoot? If you are a single photographer, have a small crew (1-3 people) and are looking to bring in clients to do engagement shoots, boudoir sessions, styled shoots, product photography and more we’d love to have you. Here are our options:

PHOTOSHOOTS & STYLED SHOOTS AT THE HOMESTEAD:

PRICING:

$150/hr (no time requirement) for outside use of barn/grounds only - ideal for engagement shoots or family photos on the grounds.

$1,000/day (access for 8 hours) for interior use of house and/or barn. This is for photoshoots/styled shoots only, events incur different rates.

Barn is open seasonally from May - late October

Restrooms available in barn — two are ADA accessible, one has a shower (seasonal use only)

Changing Room in the barn for privacy

Staging areas in the barn with lots of natural light

Use of Prop Closet offerings (for styling — but all items must be returned in good, clean condition and as you found them)

Electricity in the barn for charging phones/cameras/laptops
