payment methods

• CHECK (preferred) — (made payable to our sister company, The Local Branch Mercantile, and mailed to The Kester Homestead at 5606 Kester Rd. Memphis NY 13112)

• VENMO — @TheKesterHomestead

• CASH — must be arranged in advance and delivered in person. An email confirmation will be provided.

payment schedules

We have a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to book your date, then a 6 month/2 month payment timeline. The Right Hand Package ($1,650), the Homestead Gratuity ($500) and any additional services (florals, rehearsal or extra night stay) should be paid with the final payment.

• To secure your date, a $1,000 deposit is required to secure your date

• Your second payment for the Venue Fee is due six months from your Wedding Date (the “Six Month Payment”)

• Your third payment for the Venue Fee is due two months from your Wedding Date (the “Two Month Payment”)

• Your $1,650 Coordination Fee and $500 in-house staff gratuity will be collected with the 2 month payment

• Any “Additional Services” (Floral Services, additional night(s) stay or extra bookings) may be paid anytime in advance of or completed with the 2 month payment
