  • GETTING READY BRUNCH - $50/hr plus food costs

  • FIRST LOOK/BRIDAL PARTY PHOTOS - $1,000/(2 hrs) *meant only for couples who are booking Day Rental but would like two hours to take photos inside the house - see website for description of inclusions

YOUR INSURANCE, MEETINGS AND PLANNING FORMS DUE

  • Insurance is due at least 1-2 weeks before your wedding date (see Couples Portal if you need guidance booking)

  • Credit Card on file is due 1-2 weeks before your wedding date (see Couples Portal to submit)

  • Planning Meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date (we can get this on the calendar for you anytime - weekdays or Sunday afternoons work best since the venue is booked on weekends. This meeting can be a phone call if you are not able to meet in person.

  • “Hand Off “Meeting - one hour before check-in (typically 2pm).

  • Flower Forms (if booking us for Flower Services) - due 1 month prior to wedding date

  • Layout & Seating Chart due 1-2 weeks prior to wedding date
