HOMESTEAD FLOWER PACKAGES

Lavish flowers with the biggest blooms, whimsical wildflowers effortlessly placed, single stems in bottles, dripping arbors with the season’s bounty — we can do it all in house for you. We partner with local flower farmers to bring you flowers grown right here in Upstate NY while supporting small farm operations. We have formed some wholesale partnerships and can try to source signature flowers if your vision requires it. Our creative eye loves to use your vision as a jumping off point - creating with your palette and aesthetic at top of mind while ensuring it has our Homestead touch.

Due to high demand of our floral services, we do not create for other venues or offer outside deliveries - our sincerest gratitude & apologies. If you are booked with us though - read on!



Option #1: The Custom Package — starting at $1,650

This offering is for couples who wish to curate individual selections of flower arrangement needs from our Custom Package Items. The Custom Package options can be added on to ensure an over abundance of blooms — or can be used on its own for couples who wish. There is a minimum opening order of $1,650 for this offering.

    • MATERIALS & SUPPLIES such as vessels, foams, stock ribbon and wire. You may also provide us with your own vessels or ribbon.

    • PLACING, INSTALL & STYLING all bouquets, centerpieces, or other floral needs that our team creates

    • CLEAN-UP and removal of all flowers and vessels after your event (we can arrange donation of flowers so they can put a smile on someone’s face after your gathering has ended)

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific flowers due to seasonality of blooms, but we will deliver our creative interpretation of your vision!

    Once you book us for one of our Homestead Flower Packages, you can:

    • Share a Pinterest board or slide deck with us at any time, at your convenience.

    • We won’t collaborate on your inspiration or request anything further from you until the date approaches.

    • We will reach out approximately one month before your gathering to get a final vision, confirmed palette and “headcount” of all items needed. We’ve found that minds change and checking in closer to the event date is the most efficient collaboration method.

    • At the one month check-in we can add on bouquets/centerpieces/arbor enhancements and anything else you imagine (if needed). We will bill you once these finalized plans are made.

    • While we generally don’t collaborate in the dreaming phase, we will certainly use our best judgement during our studio time to make minor tweaks in order help fulfill your vision to our very best ability.

    • We will be available for unlimited email correspondence to help answer questions. We reply to email within 24-72 hours.

  • We accept payment in full for our finalized flower packages one month prior to your gathering date. If you are confirmed with your decision earlier, we can accept payment with your 6 month or 2 month payment.

    Payment can be made either in check, Venmo, cash or credit card (credit card incurs a 3% processing fee).


Option #2: THE Simple PACKAGE — starting at $2,650

This package is perfect for the couple who needs that perfectly simple dusting of floral arrangements.

    • MATERIALS & SUPPLIES such as vessels, foams, stock ribbon and wire. You may also provide us with your own vessels or ribbon.

    • PLACING, INSTALL & STYLING all bouquets, centerpieces, or other floral needs that our team creates

04. LARGE ARRANGEMENTSThree large compote arrangements included for bars or to anchor a buffet table or dessert table. Effortless and whimsical - these focal statement pieces can also be added to head tables for an extra special touch.
05. MEDIUM TABLE CENTERPIECESEvery table will be set with a medium table centerpiece unless you’d like to upgrade to a large compote arrangement or flower garland. These vessels are approximately 6-9 inches in height
09. CAKE FLOWERSA vase of flowers to adorn the cake/dessert will be delivered to the reception for your baker - our our team - to style your sweets with fresh blooms and sprigs.

Option #4: THE FLOWER PARTY — starting at $4,500+

Enjoy a dreamy afternoon in our Bellcreek x Homestead Flower Outpost (our whimsical flower garden) just steps from our historic house & barns. This offering comes with afternoon cookies and iced tea, a 2-hour flower making session where we guide you through making your own bouquets and assist with some centerpieces, and soak in a slow start to your wedding.

  • This option is ideal for guests booking the Full Weekend stay, but arrangements can be made for Day Use guests as well.

    • FLOWER PARTY

      • Arrive for an early check-in to the 1854 House with a flower party anytime after 11:30am (inquire about availability)

      • Iced tea and cookies provided (you may supply your own mimosas or other food/beverages)

      • Enjoy a 2-hour flower party with your closet pals and learn how to make your bouquets and some table centerpieces for your big day

      • Foraging for blooms in the garden is encouraged and pre-cut buckets of flowers will be available

      • Our team will execute the remaining arrangements making this a low stress and charming start to your weekend

    The rest of this offering is the same as our Homestead Essentials Package and you may opt to add on anything you’d like additionally from our A La Carte menu.

    If you don’t require a bridal bouquet or bridesmaids bouquets we can create additional arrangements to style lounge areas

    This package is the base layer and anything you’d like can be added and created by our team. You may choose from our A La Carte offerings to add-on additional flower needs or we can create a custom quote if you request offerings not currently on our list.

    Upon arrival to the Flower Party, you may check-in to the house and leave your belongings. If you need to drop off anything at the barn you are welcome to do so - and we can plan your “Hand Off” Meeting with our Coordinator either before or after your Flower Party.

    We will have a table set-up in our garden (weather dependent) or in our Fieldstone Barn or Poolside Terrace (rain options). Refreshments will be staged before your arrival and one of our Stylists will lead the 2-hour party. We aim to make this very casual, so while there will be some guidance and direction, it’s really meant to be a creative and social together to ease into the weekend.

16. RIBBON - ribbon for bouquets will be included and selected for you using neutral tones or pops of color when available (if requested). If you wish to use a certain ribbon, please provide to us during the Hand-off Meeting.
