ENVISION YOUR DAY
AT THE KESTER HOMESTEAD
FRIDAY
2PM - Arrive to the venue with your decor items, hand them off to our stylists on site and begin to soak in the area.
3PM - Check in to the house and drop off your items. Take a tour of the property with your loved ones, walking through the lush gardens and paths throughout the Homestead. Take a dip in the pool, graze under the Pergola, or venture into the Treehouse!
5PM - Rehearsal run by our on-site Coordinator in the Woodland Cathedral. Begin to see your day coming to life!
6PM - Enjoy a soirée dinner under twinkling lights with your family and friends in our Fieldstone Barn.
8PM - End the night with a romantic walk down the boat pier overlooking Skaneateles lake in the village.
SATURDAY MORNING
7AM - Begin the day with yoga in the grass fields of the property. With birds chirping in the distance and the quiet calm of the Homestead, this is a beautiful way to slow down and soak in the celebrations ahead.
8AM - Breakfast in the Sunroom of the 1854 House. Complete with mimosas crafted and delivered by our styling team, along with locally made pastries and breakfast items.
9AM - Your hair and makeup team arrives in the 1854 house. Music is playing in the background as you get excited for the evening to come!
12PM - Lunch delivered with locally made sandwiches, salads, and bites.
WEDDING TIME
4PM - The Kester Homestead Coordinator arrives in the 1854 House to gather and line up your party to walk down the aisle! It’s time to get married!
4:30PM - Your cocktail hour begins in the Wild Garden, under string lights and a bonfire set up by our Homestead team.
5:30PM - Guests begin to find their seats in the Gambrel Barn. Your coordinator lines you and your party up to be introduced as the new Mr. and Mrs!
6PM - Dinner is served and toasts are made. It’s time to celebrate this new adventure!
7:30PM - The dance floor opens and the party begins!
11PM - The lights are brought up for our Homestead Team to swoop in and tidy up. No need to help, we are here so that you and your loved ones can enjoy the weekend stress-free!
SUNDAY
8AM - Enjoy coffee and breakfast on the porch or under the Pergola by the pool.
9AM - Walk the grounds one last time, soaking in the weekend of celebration and memories.
10AM - The Kester Homestead Team delivers all decor items to a designated spot in the Gambrel Barn.
11AM - Check-out from the 1854 house and The Kester Homestead Property. We hope your time was magical!
