01. Elopements

Love in the time of a pandemic — and we all wonder how to move forward. For many, shifting plans to fall or next year is the best choice. For others who have already had to postpone gatherings but still want to wed, we’re offering Elopements & Elopement Soirées in the Woodland’s Cathedral.

The idea is two fold — as a way for you to share your love with a few dear friends while keeping as many of your vendors employed through this challenging time (and hopefully you’re rescheduling that big bash to a later date with your original team!). Come dressed and bring your officiant, your photographer, and your bouquet. Share your I do’s with the trees as your witness and take some magical photos to mark the day.

(Due to the circumstances, we are following all CDC guidelines on gathering occupancy - we are hoping gatherings under 25 guests by late spring is allowed - otherwise it will be 10 or less. This offering is ideal for locals who are sheltering in place in our area in order to maintain and follow all travel guidelines and restrictions. Elopements must remain outdoors in the open air. I wish we could have you in the house, but another day friends)

Elopement Details:

Time: Slots are 2 hour windows — 11a-1p, 2p-4p or 5p-7p

ELOPEMENT SOIREES:

If you wish to have a tiny feast with your closest few, we’ll set up a table for you in the open air, the warm breeze, the string lights, the quiet — this could be simply lovely, right? Bring your caterer, or book our dearest friends over at Scratch Farmhouse Catering for an intimate supper under the stars. For a bit extra we can pick up flowers from our local farm, and I’ll make your bouquet — it will be effortless and memorable. This offering is meant for 20 max. total guests on the property.

Time: Slots are 4p-9p (or another 5 hour window that suites you)

Price: $950 — we hope this discount feels helpful during these challenging times. (Pricing offer only valid for 2020 wedding couples affected by Covid-19)

All set up and clean up will be the responsibility of the guests — use of our Prop Closet is available as long as everything is returned clean that evening. These are DIY dinner parties.
